Rezervation

Reservations are accepted by phone, post or email. Reservation must be confirmed by reception, otherwise is invalid. Telephonic reservation is hold till 17:00 in a day of check- in. If guest will not announce later arrival time in check- in day and will not confirm reservation, the room will be offered to another person with no compensation for original guest. We highly recommend an e- mail reservation so we can avoid avoid any problems with full capacity.

In obligatory reservations it is necessary to pay deposit that is 30% - 50% of total accommodation amount.

In a case that our guest voluntarily cancels part of his/her pass up some of paid services, there is no claim for compensation for non- used services.
